Tovico Social Club isn’t just a restaurant or an event space. To us, this is home. This is where we get to share our passion for authentic Italian cuisine and strong sense of Italian community and hospitality with you.
Our goal is to create a space for the Italian community to come together in small or large gatherings and celebrate with each other over delicious food and wine.

Meet Our Owners
Riccardo Piegari
Riccardo Piegari moved to Toronto in 2015 from the small town of San Gregorio Magno (located in Campania). He moved here with the dream of starting his own business after gaining 15+ years of experience at his family-owned agriturismo in Italy.
Teresa Fera
Teresa Fera grew up watching her father (originally from the small town of San Nicola Da Crissa in Calabria) own many successful restaurants for over 30 years. She always strived to be as hard-working and driven as he was.
Riccardo and Teresa share a passion for Italian food, hospitality, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for anyone they meet. That’s why opening a restaurant was an easy decision.
Our Ingredients
At Tovico, we pride ourselves on providing the most authentic Italian cuisine every single day. That’s why our ingredients are freshly imported from Italy. We import most of our Italian ingredients from our hometowns of San Nicola Da Crissa and San Gregorio Magno so we can support our communities.
Freshness makes all the difference – this is why sourcing local ingredients right here is also important to us.
